Listings in General
Listings on this site provide a directory style platform where that listing shows up on maps, in listings, and site searches to help potential clients, potential collaborators, the press, and others in our profession find you. All listings are shown to the general public.
Members can post multiple listings, but additional listings should be used to stand out in a specific category or location. Some examples might be:
- Your business does one on one sessions, group sessions, and have training programs at the same location. Using specific listings for specific categories might help differentiate those offerings. In this case all listings should be tagged for that specific category so those looking for that service see information related to that service.
- You are taking it on the road and you want a listing for where you will be on a specific date range. For that one time visit you can post a new listing leaving your home base listing unaltered, and set the expiration date for the date of your departure.
- You frequent travel locations where you might not expire the alternate location listing, but update it for the next time you will be there.
Three types of listings are available to members:
- Business listings are the primary purpose of the site giving members the opportunity to showcase their business to the general public along with others who share similar goals and values. No need to worry about confusing our mission with other available services. Business listings are available to One on One practitioners, Group Facilitation Practitioners, and Certification/Training Organizations. These are used for long term marketing strategies.
- Place Event listings are time sensitive listings for specific on-site events that are allowed to expire after the event has taken place. These can be added by members for their own events or non-member events where the organizer may not qualify for membership. They should be relevant in some way to advancing our profession such personal growth, ongoing training, or events such as cuddle/snuggle parties or a practitioner get together.
- Web Event listings serve the same purpose as Place Events except that they are not location dependent, such as live presentations, that would be of interest to other practitioners and/or the general public.
Listing Package Pricing Structure
Free for All
This is the recommended choice for members listing their businesses and is actually free. No Strings attached. Your free listing helps to grow the site and adds credibility to search engines to better find this resource through synergy that is created by a site useful to consumers.
The flexibility available in this package should meet most needs without need to earmark marketing funds. We are here for the long run and hope you will join us.
Free for all listings must be renewed every 6 months or listing will go to expired status. Reminders are sent for all packages getting ready to expire. This helps to assure the listings on the site represent active businesses. If the listing expires, you will still be able to renew it after expiration from your member dashboard. Free for all packages can be upgraded at any time to Enhanced or Sponsor packages.

- Built in fields to your main website link, and social media links
- Listing analytics
- A free form HTML text area to describe your offerings.
Enhanced Listing – $10/6 months – Non-Recurring
The Enhanced Listing package is for those who have marketing funds available and would are willing to support this site with a one time donation, with optional manual renewal or upgrade every 6 months.
Non-recurring Enhanced Listings can be renewed every 6 months or the listing can be allowed to expire. On expiration the listing can be downgraded to a Free for All listing. Features provided with the Enhanced package will no longer be displayed. Reminders are sent for all packages getting ready to expire. Once the listing expires, you will still be able to renew it to any available package after expiration from your member dashboard.

- 20 Tags; 6 photos
- Built in fields to your main website link, and social media links
- Listing analytics
- A free form HTML text area to describe your offerings.
- Built in field for link to embed one external video
- Built in link field for your booking calendar
- Built in Business hours block
- Featured status
Enhanced Subscription Listing – $10/6 months – Recurring Billing
This package includes:
- Same as features as Enhanced.
- Listings are automatically renewed every 6 months @ $10.00/6 months until canceled.
- Cancel at any time.
- No refunds issued and listing expires at set expiration.
- Can be renewed as a Free For All listing at expiration if canceled.
Sponsor Subscription Listing – $20/6 months – Non-Recurring
Sponsor Listings are intended for those who believe $40 a year is an inexpensive opportunity to support the platform, and have a secondary advertising opportunity. Ongoing expenses to maintain this site are real and those willing to help out are greatly appreciated.
Non-recurring Sponsor Listings can be renewed every 6 months or the listing can be allowed to expire. On expiration the listing can be converted to a Free for All listing and remain active for the next 6 months at that level and then renewed. Features provided with the Sponsor package will no longer be displayed. Reminders are sent for all packages getting ready to expire. Once the listing expires, you will still be able to renew it to any available package after expiration from your member dashboard.

Sponsor Subscription Listing – $20/6 months – Recurring Billing
This package includes:
- Currently the same features as Enhanced.
- Future sponsor level features planned.
- Listings are automatically renewed every 6 months @ $20.00/6 months until canceled.
- Cancel at any time.
- No refunds issued and listing expires at set expiration.
- Can be renewed to a Free For All at expiration if canceled.
Payment System
Upgraded listings that require payment are handled through a secure interface to the Stripe payment processing service. For purposes of billing, your name and address are stored on our system and only accessible to administrators. Your sensitive payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe at time of payment submission on a secured connection. The sensitive payment information is not stored within the Cuddle Practitioners systems. Renewals and cancellations are handled via a unique customer ID for your account, shared with Stripe, and any transaction required uses the sensitive payment information stored on the Stripe systems.
